Must have an enthusiastic outgoing personality, be self-motivated, reliable and have a willingness to learn new skills, most importantly a sense of humour! Past experience in photo retail is not required, and full training in every aspect of our products and services is given to all new team members.

Full-time (5 days)
We are seeking a full-timer with some graphic design/Photoshop and customer service experience to fill our front-of-house admin role. As you will be our customers’ point of contact, you will need to be personable, adaptable, able to work independently, and attentive to detail. A sound understanding of film or print processes is desirable, although not required as we will teach you everything on the job!
Casual - position (3-4 days)
We are looking for someone to join our team in a casual capacity, suited to those in the creative freelancing world. Experience in customer service is desired, and while lab experience is preferred, it is not required, as we will teach you everything on the job! You will need to be willing to learn from others (and there’s a great deal to learn), constantly multitask, judge priorities under pressure, and care about quality output. Our plan for this role is to have you learn our business by working up front with customers, then transition you to working in the back lab developing & scanning film.
