Hints for planning collage (multiple image) products
Make a folder on your desktop called "collage" Place only the photos you want to use in the folder. This will speed up the ordering process and make it easier to swap images around in the template you are using.

The maximum printable area on a mug is 20x8cm wrapped around.
Lifespan
Please note that though photo mugs are generally dishwasher safe for the best mug lifespan hand washing is encouraged and recommended.

*Standard Orders 48hours production Monday to Saturday. *Express production must be ordered by 1pm EST Mon to Fri (11am Sat) for same day collection or same day shipping - $4 surcharge applies per item. Express orders placed after 1pm ready to collect or ship the following day after 1pm (exc Sun). 4 Hour Service Dependent on Store Trading hours and current workload. Service times may be longer for larger quantities and during peak periods, an email will be sent to confirm. Delivery Times Standard parcel post from three days, depending on location, Express Post next day depending on location and depending on Australia Post.
