Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or no longer require the goods. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

Commercial Hard Goods Sales
Fotofast sells and ships hard good products (ie film stock, batteries, photographic chemicals and development equipment), to end-user customers only and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing for resale. Fotofast may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell, we are simply confirming that we have received your order. We reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount less the card processing fee charged by the card processing merchant.

Offensive Content
Fotofast reserves the right not to print images or text that we determine to be offensive or inappropriate. Any designs or text determined to be hate speech, including racist, sexist, or homophobic images or language, will be canceled outright.  We will notify you and refund 100% of your order amount, including shipping costs, if such a cancellation occurs. In the case of some of your items being canceled and others printed, you will receive a refund for the full value of the item(s) canceled and the rest of your order will ship normally.

Delivery Issues
We will not guarantee or be held liable for Australia Post & courier delivery times, check here for approximate Australia Post delivery times i.e Express Post to Central Perth is usually overnight Monday-Thursdays orders. Regular  Parcel Post is from at least a week.
